The church

The imposing church of the Blessed Immaculate Virgin of Falcade, 07/2021

In 1928 the bishop Giosuè Cattarossi urged the population to build the new church. The parish priest don Augusto Bramezza thus began the necessary paperwork and, in order to obtain money, sold the old rectory; a committee headed by Sante Strim was formed.
In 1929 the military cemetery that was located where the parish would have been built was dismantled and in 1931 the project for the building was presented, designed by Achille Vettorazzo and Rodolfo Gennari.
On 8 October 1933 the first stone of the structure was laid
